Happy PST Tuesday. My 98 PST with some Stenner pumps that have seen better days, and my EDC with PST, Crunch, and a bunch of support.  :)

@CraigS - very familiar with that style of pump🙄.  Rebuilt a few several times during my tenure.  Learned after I retired from Y in Jan ‘22, that now they just buy a new one.
Shame, the parts (hoses, rollers, adapters, bearings are all in the cabinet above the chlorinate.
Offered to come in show how to, but new guy is to busy!

Ps:  Very nice PST, looks new👍

I do both depending on the situation. I've rebuilt them but always have a new one on the shelf in case I either don't have enough time, or if the chemicals are so badly out of whack that we need to be back in business immediately.  :ahhh

My PST has been well used but also well taken care of. I was taught to clean my tools after use - using the knife to cut my food on a regular basis also reinforces that!

…I was taught to clean my tools after use….

Amen to that!

Unfortunately most don’t seem to have been and why I don’t lend tools (or have an older set for “lending”)!

The smallest flat blade is very useful, can fit into tight spaces to help pry Open a stubborn battery cover, or function as a edge to clean debris from small tight crevices…. Has been used frequently for these purposes this past week😉 😎
