How much for a Victorinox scientist?

Hi, I just wonder how much an original Victorinox Scientist cost today. I can find one for sale on ebay or any other site online.

Seems the ones I've seen in the past can go as high as $150 used.  Mint-in-box can go as high as $300+.
Must watch out for ones that are made from removing parts from another to make it into a Scientist.
Of course, there's always the outlier that is unused and goes for $50.
