Day 5 - Breaking down boxes already this morning.
Great comparison again. Thanks!!
Nice work gentlemen.
Day 5Good question, LC, currently raining.
More great pics I love the comparison shots, VMAN would the teeth of the saw be lower on the Leap than any of the others and actually have closer to what some of them have as far as teeth?
Great info on saw teeth Vicman!
DAY 6Here are some comparison pictures of the Leap's tweezers with those of some other multitools. The tweezers on the Leap are fairly robust and work very nicely. The ends come together perfectly and grip very well. I took a very fine piece of sewing thread and gripped it with the tweezers and then pulled on the thread with my other hand and the tweezers held it fine.I also did the same with a thin piece of paper and they held it without slipping. The tweezers would definitely work for pulling a splinter out.
Informative entry for day 6 Vicman! Thank you!
Great stuff as always!

Day 6Leap hanging with friends.
Nice picture, so tempting to just buy one so I can fiddle when ever I wantWest coast as well?Stay safe! Heavy rains can wreak havoc. I saw first hand while visiting Arizona several years ago! Hiking NW of Phoenix a storm was several miles to the North. Came across a group of younger hikers setting camp in a smooth flat area. My friend (from the area), advised them not a good area for camp, especially with the storms north in the hills as this was a rain gulley. They ignored his advise. He preached it with more determination, but no avail. We went another few miles, to higher ground, set camp and enjoyed the lightning show and thunder to our north expect some rain overnight if the weather moved south. Never received any rain, the entire area remained dry as we arrived. To our west we heard a roar, a short walk brought us to a rapid river!!! Water rushing from hills, mountains to our north rushing to the south, to the lower lands. Instinctively, we awl thought the same thing. We left our camp intact, grabbed some supplies and went back to where we encountered the kids. Everything was washed away , their camp, the tents awl their gear, and three on the kids were gone. Two campers were on our side, four on the other bank. Just in a daze. We helped, fresh water, emergency blankets and after a couple hours the waters were just a trickle and their camp area was just silt and waves of reddish mud drying in the hot sun. Not a good experience, they said, they watched the same show we did, then when asleep , it roar was heard, and next a wall of water. No warning! The missing friends were found, three miles down the valley, not good!!! By rescue crews. Water has a lot of power…
Wow. That’s quite a crazy situation. I’m in Los Angeles, so we’re getting it pretty heavy this week.
Thank you. Poncho! The teeth on the Leap are little shorter than the other saws. There are 11 teeth on each side of the Leap blade, and on the SwissChamp there are 15 teeth, the Wave has 15 teeth, the Rebar has 13 teeth, and on the SwissTool Spirit X there are 14 teeth.
