Hey, would the Signal qualify? It has the same plier head as the Rebar.

Since we're not getting enough people for a new badge, I don't see why you couldn't hop on.

Day 3

Rebar helped pull open a jammed locker.

Day 3, grateful for pliers. Pulled a thorny weed out of my sock and dislodged some trash from the ground at a park.

eHeavy rains is causing flooding around the low areas and river / overspill fields.

Several wetland lands near have monitoring  stations that are radio linked.

A request  came in this afternoon to inspect several stations that are not communicating.

I did and ventured out to 4 near me in Eagle March.

Packed my Rebar and Mora HD Companion

Back home, cleaned and oiled.

Serrated blade made short work of vines that bent over antenna and Mora cut done high weeds restricting color panels.

Cold and wet, just about 33F, warm shower and warm bed. Soon.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Day 04
Today the plain edge blade opened a package of chorizo sausages for lunch.  I find half an hour in the air fryer is about right.

Day 4

Just got back from Lowe's and needed help getting in to the package. Wish I was cutting in to some of the food in the pics above instead. This thread is making me hungry!

Rebar #1 is done.  This matches Leatherman's Black and Silver limited edition color scheme.  They didn't have a Rebar in the collection, but they should have included it  :tu:

I was just thinking…

To be different from LM production, the black screws tops should have stayed with the BO handles, at least one side. The same for the stainless.

The WOW factor, TUXEDO TOOLS!

I was a little torn on which way to connect the Rebar lock-release tabs (switched or matching), so I just copied what Poncho did since his swaps look so nice  :tu:

Here are the other Black and Silver tools in my collection.

Day 4

According to the Rebar, we had about 4 inches of water in the basement. Got most of it out, and will try to trouble shoot the sump pump this weekend.

Ah, nuts. Sorry about the water.

Yes, this is becoming a mouthwatering thread.

Day 4

Cut a small plastic bottle into a cup (for bathroom assistance on a hike), pulled an air freshener out of the car’s vent, and pulled a thick, stubborn hair out of my neckbeard.  ::)

The other tool is done.  I removed the lanyard ring and added the scissors that I removed from my Curl.  The tool doesn't close all the way (I assume due to the scissors), so it still needs some work.  I searched this forum for similar mods, and of course, Poncho has this same setup with a Kick clip added... so imitation being the highest form of flattery, I have a new Kick clip incomming.

Looks great 8) :like:

Some of the scissor tabs are bigger and does cause similar problems to what you are describing

Also, I can't wait to see it with a Kick clip  :like:

Mine also has a Wave diamond file (courtesy of, Steve  ) in it :D

I have a spare diamond file, but the pivot hole is a little larger than the Rebar's handle pivot.  How did you make that work?

Wilma the Weimaraner did a runner under the fence in the back yard.

Used Fat Boy to do a temporary repair until this weekend.

Seen here clipping some zip tie.
