Scout? Pattern Challenge in July

The last couple years, we've done a brand specific challenge to go along with the Dean51 Memorial. I was thinking it might be fun to do a pattern challenge instead. I have a whole pile of scouts I've been meaning to carry, but open to suggestions if people would rather whip out the trappers or something. Could also make it pattern agnostic and you have to stick with a single pattern, but everyone can pick their own. Thoughts?
Merit Badges Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of  a Opinel  knife  for 30 days Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Classic SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Vic Spirit MT for sixty (60) consecutive days.  Post a pic for Halloween of your pumpkin (or turnip or gourd or whatever you traditionally carve for Halloween!) being carved by any SAK, multitool, pocket or woods knife you may own!  Only available once a year Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a tool made in a specific country for thirty (30) consecutive days. Test,please ignore Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of  a Case knife  for 30 days Must start a thread with a photo of your birth year SAK Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo  of 84 and 85 mm Swiss Army Knives (and Wengers) for 30 days Participate and post a pic of your vintage SAK (1986 or earlier) everyday for 30 days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a MiniChamp SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) Start a new thread and post a photo of an Executive or Director for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a picture of fire making kit or fire with a multitool Start a new thread with a photo showing the Hook in use Participate  in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a LM Pocket Survival Tool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of a different SAK each day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread or Post in a Challenge Thread and post a photo of a Spartan  for 30 days Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of  a Bladeless Multitool for 30 days Start a new thread and post a photo of the Vic Huntsman for thirty (30) consecutive days. Would any Victorinox qualify for this? Qhat has a scout pattern?

All the pre 07 soldiers (and the Pioneer) count, IMO. Scout is blade, awl, opener, driver on a slip joint. Most popular examples are probably the Imperial Kamp King and Mil K Demo Knife, but most companies have made one (part of the fun).

I’ll defer to SteveC, but I think historically Vic stuff has not counted for the Dean51 Trad Challenges.

Thats a good thread. When I think scout, I think bolsters and bail. But the pioneer does have the toolset.

Correct, Victorinox are not included in the Traditional challenge.
