I watched this last night,(Wednesday) what's going on here?? Someone needs to have a word with Ben Shepherd about his knife handling skills.  [ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]   It looks quite grubby as well for using on food.

He has his finger on the sharp side of the blade.  The spots on the steel could be old blood stains.  That's a good way to get them.  Best wishes.  G
