Weight of single parts and tool of a Wave
on: October 28, 2024, 09:37:59 AM
Hi, I was wondering if anyone would know the weight of the parts of a Wave. I mean the weight of the outside tools like the knives and the file etc. and the weights of inside tools. I am in a modding project to create a tool with minimum weight and maximum strength.

Are you using Wave frames as core of your build?

Not sure of each individual weight but a Charge frame with lighter weight scales would yield a lighter weight tool if that is able to be done :salute:

Good luck with the mod either way :tu: :like: :like:

I've made hybrids of the Wave, Curl and Bond models to save weight and pocket space. Are you looking at removing some of the outside tools? It may be easier to combine some of the tools to save modification time and effort. One of my favorites is the Curl/Bond with the one handed opening blade and the other half Bond. So light and smooth in the pocket. I can get you some accurate measurements if you know exactly what you want weighed.
