Homedics 16" Kinetic Sand Art Table.

Homedics 16" Drift Kinetic Sand Table. Not a multi-tool or a knife, and it would be hard to EDC this, but I thought someone might be interesting in here about this everchanging kinetic sand art device. This is the 16" version, although it comes in a 10", 11", and 21" size. The large bowl holds a very fine white sand that you have to spread evenly with the aid of a small plastic comb. Once done, drop the steel ball in the middle and attach the glass cover and plug it in for the fun. I also got the optional wooden legs for the 16" version that turns this into a cool little night stand or table. You can control the LED lighting and intensity. Designs are drawn in the sand via a steel ball, and it is super accurate. There is an app that you install on your phone that allows you to Bluetooth download new designs to the Drift via a fairly extensive list. The app allows control of the speed of the ball, and if you would like the device to rotate the images drawn or hold it to the one you select. Billed as a meditation device, the Drift is a cool thing to watch as it goes through it pace. The LED lighting also acts as a great night light.

I can see that being very relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks for showing something a little different, and hope you're well!

You should stop with all these infections... Seriously though, best wishes for the full recovery!

That is a nice concept. It imagine it would be easy to just sit and watch it.

EDC sand watch? You have to keep arm completely still or it will not be able to tell the time. And by the time it tells the time, it is another time.. Yes, that is the recipe for a cult product!
