Whenever I buy a camo SAK (which is a rare event in itself), I immediately replace the camo scales for the standard red scales.
If I would lose the camo SAK, I wouldn't able to find it. Now with red scales it's much easier to find it!

  Then why do you buy the Camo version?  I put an orange lanyard on.

Vic needs to do a war series featuring camo from each war.

Wouldn’t scales with WWI Ship camo look sharp?

This was called DAZZLE style. It’s intent was to make it difficult for submarine skippers looking through periscopes to gauge the exact angular course of the target. This in turn made it hard to calculate how much to lead ithe target.

My Classic SD I picked up in Europe while stationed in Germany.  It doesn't see much use, don't want to tear up the scales.

Your question made me wonder, Farmer X, if it wasn't considerably larger than my 111 mm's, so I measured it. And you are right. Is is indeed almost exactly 130 mm if you count the key ring holder. :tu: It's funny, because in the instructions Wenger calls it 120.

Skipper

I would have preferred the blue, but got a good deal on this camo.

I do like the tool load out, but a four-layer 111mm is just a bit more than I want to carry.
