Honestly, I’d rather have no scissors on it than rubbish ones. I just keep a Micra in the watch pocket of my jeans, and of course a Raptor close by.

I’m grateful to Leatherman for making the slipjoint tool, and there’s no doubt it’s well made. I’m just surprised they even bother to market it in places like the USA that don’t have restrictions on locking blades.

Given the choice, I’d always carry a Rebar over a Bond, but sometimes it’s safer to go with the Bond.

Even though there are no restrictions on locking blades where I live and work  I really like the Bond model and have been carrying it a majority of the time since its release in 2021. I switched to the second generation when it became available. To me it is an updated PST. I usually carry a pair of folding scissors in my pocket  for occasions when I need some.  The slip joint is way stronger than the older pst’s.

I do like it, but if I wasn’t restricted, I’d go for a Rebar every time.

The size, weight, and even price difference is fairly small for the benefit of the extra tools and the safety of the locks.

My first Bond pix for a while.  I lost my flashlight again.  This morning.  Looked all over creation.  I thought of buying a really small flashlight and putting it on a cord around my neck.  Then I thought.....  What if I lost my neck?  Brrrrr.
Best wishes.  G

Bummer about the flashlight!

Good thinking regarding the neck, proper planning prevents pizz poor results!

And what an outstanding picture for a MONDAY MORNING of a very practical and functional BOND!

Looks like a fantastic week is ready for your enjoyment!

😎
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

I do wonder why they haven't yet  they would already have most of the pasts in BO already. The only thing that isn't is the handles :dunno:

And they did do the colors, but only the handles.  Not the implements of pliers.

Cold and windy. Had to get a Bond photo and put out a varmint snack. I can't bear the thought of a critter going home in the cold with a growly tum tum. Best wishes. G

Happy MONDAY BONDay!   :woohoo:

Mr BOND was curious why we were not venturing outside.

Explained the 6° F temperatures and just got a look 🥺

Then gave it a view out the back door…
