Dark chocolate  - the darker the better - and non-Dutch processed cacao is mucho good for you.  I consume one tablespoon of cacao powder, 2x a day in a little bit of almond milk.  If you want it more yummy, use milk and a sweetener.  It is among the highest antioxidant foods by weight; improves endothelial (vascular) function; increases cerebral blood flow (in my case, from zero to something  :ahhh); and, contains theobromine, a mild stimulant.

Oh yeah.   :drool:

Classic opens a package with…another SAK!  :woohoo:

An explorer with micarta plus scales. This is my last attempt to get along with the 91mm/cellidor style series. If this doesn’t take, no more messing with it and I’ll be anlox only (like I have been for many years).

We have Cacao powder at the store! Sounds great!
