A Unique (I think) One Piece Tool
on: February 25, 2026, 10:26:31 AM
Was using this tool last night, and got me thinking about this sub and one piece tools. It is pretty unique, it's made by a company called sparrows and I believe was designed by 'LockNoob' on YouTube. It's primary function is to remove the Circlips on Euro and Oval style cylinders. I think the half moon cut outs in the back are for installing the circlips and making sure they're seated correctly. But I tend to use a small flat head screwdriver for that task. Thought I'd just share a bit of a oddity to the forum. Which my world of locksmithing is full of weird and wonderful tools. I might make a whole thread about it in the generaltool discussion sub.

Huh, I have a bunch of weird multifunctional one piece tools, from all the the pieces of furniture that I had to assemble, a screwdriver on one end but then a bunch of cutouts around it for nuts, of course I have no clue where they are, but there multitools,,

Wasn't sure how interesting it would be, but seems there'll be a little bit of interest so I'll make a start on it.
