Is this happening with a Fisher Bullet, or a different model?  What pocket are you carrying it in?
.

Happening with the Bullet pen in the front right pocket of my jeans.

I did try it in the coin pocket, but it gets pushed up and out when I sit down with the risk of losing it. Besides, if the pen is in there, where will the Micra and Olight go?

I find a mini Sharpie to be a much more necessary EDC item than a pen.  The Sharpie gets used frequently.  Used it today to write on a piece of tape that a pen couldn't handle.  Though not shown, I almost always have a Victorinox Manager on my key ring for the rare occasion that I need a pen.  And sometimes a Space Pen ends up in my pocket because its so unobtrusive.

Just got my future EDC kit in today. It started off with a nice leather sheath. I had an extra Wave+ already with the notion of finding the right sheath for it. Today arrived an Acebeam Pokelit AA flashlight, and a pair of Rite in the Rain mini bolt action pens.

It all fits nicely now.

Love bolt action pens. I find tail clickers get activated by love handles if worn at the belt. Orange so I won't lose it or misplace it. Writes good to. The Acebeam Pokelit AA has a stiff enough long throw tail button that I do not think inadvertent activation will be an issue...I hope.

Looks good.

If you do have inadvertent activation issues with the Pokelit, it looks like a two-way clip, so you could try it head up instead of head down.

You are correct. However more of the flashlight will stick up above the belt line.

This is my first Rite in the Rain pen and I really like it. I bought a Fischer Space pen and promptly lost it in the house. I know I still have it but cannot find it for years now. I liked that pen. This pen I hope will fair better.

There is one infallible way to find your Space Pen again. Buy another. The original will turn up soon after.
