I should mention this isn't a flashlight its a dropin for a 2 cell Surefire such as the 6p.

Same condition as my other entry...I recently had a spare G2 and gave it to the troop member but CR123 battery's driain like crazy with the Xenon bulbs...so the LED dropin will improve the runtime thus spending less $$$ for batteries.

whoa, darn generous of you!

I live in the boonies and it gets pretty spooky around here

we've got bands of coyote and bobcat in the area and we don't have fences so when I take the doggies out (they're tiny doggies) I have to shine my lights all around to "scare" the critters away (precautionary), the last morning a big ole owl was right over the house, I thought it was a police car's siren! (whoooo sound) made me jump! I have an inexpensive 6p clone (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/purchase/products-found.jsp?_requestid=105789 it was 19.95 with a knife) with a chinese drop-in that's nice, and my main "bright/blinder" but I've been on Malkoff's list for awhile now but it hasn't been in the budget. So thanks for the chance bro

question for you, how did it fit your needs/expectations?

I got it as a gift so I didn't really have needs/expectations. One thing I found it does if you take batteries that normally seem dead with standard p60 bulb and use them with the m 60 you will get light.
