3- keys
4- photon on keys
5- KF4

On any average weekday, I'd have these;

1. SOG Powerlock
2. Leatherman Crunch
3. Vic Pioneer (civilian Soldier model)
4. Wallet
5. Keys (with fauxton, FOB containing toothpicks, P-38..and a Micra)
6. Spyderco Waved Delica
7. Bandanna
8. Zippo (with a strip of inner tube around it 8) )
9. My cut down cord wrapped Stanley mini prybar
10. My Thermos with a half a pot of coffee in it.

If I was spending time outdoors mainly, it would be changed around quite a bit...

Not sure if this is a survival type scenario or not. But I'm sticking strictly with 10 items aside from clothing. Wedding rings, interesting. I mean, if I'm choosing between necessity/practicality and sentimentality I have to go with necessity/practicality. So for me a wedding ring would stay home.

Anyhow, I tried to think of these things as fast as possible in case it was a grab-and-go type scenario and I wouldn't have a lot of time to decide.

In no particular order:

AAA Flashlight
SAK Huntsman or Fieldmaster
Multi-tool (Spirit or Swisstool or Blast)
Truck key
$50.00 bill
Drivers license
lighter
cell phone
cell phone charger
Wrist watch

LM123 I was thinking about getting a Sig Sauer 1911 C3.

Do you like the postion of the decocking lever? Is it 15 in the mag and one in the chamber like the Para Ordance 1911?
Does your's have the pistol grips with the lazer built in them?

Any info would be great.    Thanks Swiss Man

What colour UKPK you got?

:D  When I compiled that list it was not what I EDC all day everyday but more what I'd EDc if the . All the items plus more do get carried and used during the week .

Oh and when I said lifeboat key I ment the key to the boat house not the actual boat  ( the key stays in the ignition anyway ) .

My UKPK is an original black one .

Its going to be interesting how my Work EDC changes when I start my new job . I would imagine it will continue to change as I get used to the job and learn more about it .

I want a black UKPK one of these days. I don't like Spyderco's foliage green, and I don't really like safety orange on any knife aside from my Ladybug. My ten, all but the last two are carried daily:

1. Wedding ring. The wife would kill me if I didn't  :D
2. Wallet
3. Cell phone
4. Keys with -
5. Sliver Grippers
6. Four way screwdriver
7. Knife 1 (varies between a Buck 371, Case Large Stockman, Spyderco PacSalt, Tidioute Barlow, Case Sodbuster Jr., or a SAK Tinker)
8. Knife 2 (also one of the above...I like to pair them up)
9. iPod Touch, whenever I can find the power cable.
10. Multi tool? But I'd probably swap out one of the knives if I was carrying on these as well. A Mini-maglite, I guess. I don't really carry all that much.

8. Occasionally an air rifle if I've been working at home

Erm, that's it
Gabba gabba hey!!

My ten... well I suppose that would change pretty often too, depending on what I am doing.  Around the house I don't need to carry anything as I have it all more or less strewn about anyway.

Day Job (Cargo Surveyor):

1. Fisher Bullet
2. Notebook
3. Flashlight (could be any one of several EDC lights)
4. Digital temperature gauge
5. Flash Drive
6. Laptop (and/or my netbook)
7. Digital Camera
8. Cell phone/PDA (Windows Smartphone sends/receives email, texts, phone calls, acts as backup camera etc)
9. Multitool (any number of EDC tools)
10. SAK (again, model varies almost daily)

Night Job (Doorman):

1. S&W M-100 handcuffs in black
2. Rubber gloves
3. Cell Phone/PDA
4. Flashlight (usually Gerber Infinity Ultra, although I do try other lights here)
5. Streamlight LED light/handcuff key
6. ZAK Tools CF handcuff key
7. SAK (various ones)
8. Multitool (various ones)
9. Topeak Mini 9 (allen wrenches come in handy for locking and unlocking doors with crash bars)
10. Flash Drive

There are a few other items I mix in and out depending on what I am doing- I often wear a lanyard around my next with ID tags, flash drives, flashlights and other necessities and/or specialized equipment.
