I used to have an early one (25+ years ago), and carried it daily for a few years. Don't know where it is now. But here's a later one that I picked up used.

Just posted this in the what's your latest Gerber thread, but thought it belongs here too.
A new-to-me black oxide Multiplier never opened from what I can tell with the seal wrap still on.
Unsure when I will open it.  :dunno:
I have three of the original versions, but I've never seen the original version in black, much less still with the original seal! If it were mine, I would keep it sealed, but that's just my 2 cents. Enjoy it however you choose. T-A

I appreciate your comment.  I have kept it sealed.  I have others I can use.  :tu:

I just noticed this thread and happened to be carrying this modded Mr. Pinchy today. It was a strange specimen originally with the blunt plier head and both sides of the frame were identical with the same toolset in each handle, both stamped with inches.

Nice customod!  :like:
Are the scissors from Victorinox?  If so, was there a lot of work involved in having them fit in the handle?

Thanks and yup, the scissors are from a 91mm Vic! Yes and no about the work :D I designed an adapter for Mr. Pinchy so it can take 91mm Vic parts, which was a bit of work but getting it printed and placing the scissors in was a breeze. With this system the scissors are 100% untouched and could be put back in a standard Vic mod if I ever want to reuse them. I'll post a close-up later so you can see better how it works.

Nice example there! Not only for the handles but for the integrated scissors!!! Kudos on such workmanship, and I'll also be eagerly awaiting the closeup!!!  :like: :tu:

OK, here are some more images. Basically it is a holder with a small knob on it that the Vic pivot hole goes in. Once the tool is inserted, the frame keeps it in place on the other side.
