Free Leatherman tool repairs and mods!

Thanks to Kwakster, I now have use of a set of Leatherman maintenance tools to undo the knurled screws that are used in most Leatherman multitools. A condition of being able to borrow the tools was that I am not permitted to lend them out, as they are now irreplaceable.

I'm really keen however that other members get the benefit of these tools, so I am offering my services, free of charge to anyone who would like me to fix-up, clean or mod their Leatherman for them. I might ask for a contribution to cover postage if necessary, but I have no intention of profiting from this offer.

I don't have a stock of replacement parts, so you'll probably need to source those yourselves I'm afraid, but I'm happy to undertake any "projects" you might have in mind.

I'd just like to say a huge thanks to Kwakster for trusting me with his personal tools, and I hope I can help a few people out with them.

So, if you need your LM dismantling - just drop me a PM.

Uh guys, no - it's not really that kind an offer, I take tools apart anyway for fun, so it's not really a big deal.

DaveK, I understand your affliction i repair firearms for people all the time. I have learned how to work on a lot of different types guns doing this.

Honestly I have been working on a set of sockets for them. I plan to get them finished and try to mod one of my more used PST's with a saw
