Hello fellow forumites,
I was wondering if anyone here has sent a sak to victorinox in CT for repair and if so how long it took to get it back. Mine will probably be replaced with a new refurb since it was so bad.
Any info on this matter would be appreciated.

It's been years, but my repair took about 3 weeks until it was back in my hands.

Last time I sent in a knife it took 6 or 7 weeks for turnaround.

WOW!! 6 to 7 weeks.
Seems a bit long. I've been waiting less then 2 weeks and am already getting impatient.

I sent them a broken Swiss card it took them two weeks to send me a new one.
