Liked Pulp Fiction, but mainly coz Samuel L Jackson was in it :salute:, Bruce Willis got his arse kicked, and John Travolta got killed on the bog >:D

Other than that it was pants! (as was Kill Bill imo) but then I'm not really a film bod anyway :-\

What scene was the SOG used in?  It's been a while since I've seen Kill Bill.

Black Mamba uses it the the fight with Vernita Green in the beginning nof the film
"Some rise by sin, and some by virtue fall;
 Some run from breaks of ice, and answer none:
 And some condemned for a fault alone." -William Shakespeare, King Lear (1608), Act IV, scene 6, line 169

It's not so much that I dislike Quentin Tarantino, it's just that I really dislike the 70s...

The best thing I can say about Pulp Fiction is that I appreciated it.  Didn't really like or dislike it.  Kill Bill just got on my nerves.  I hate to say this, but the advance press for Inglorious Basterds is truly offending the historian in me (and, yes, I know what he's doing with the film, but it still gets on my nerves...with big wooden clogs...).

Then again, though, if I'm sitting watching the Movie Channel and Pulp Fiction comes on, 9 chances out of 10 I'll sit here and watch it.  And get a chuckle or two out of it...

'Course, we can't forget Tarantino's great acting turn in From Dusk till Dawn.....   :D

i really dig QT but like benner said.... "you have to get it" ..... "it" is hard to explain. i remember after watching pulp fiction and talking about it at work one day and my boss turned me on to Reservior Dogs........ dewd!!!! THAT is the best gangster movie i have ever seen. the diner scene is classic acting/ directing history and i'm not a movie buff.
good catch on that SOG too.

I really like Tarrantino as a rule, especially Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill... so you have another official fan here Benner  :tu:
I've heard terrible things about Inglorious Basterds though - looks like it might be pants.

As for your paws Neil, I feel your pain as a life long sufferer of that particular pox myself. If you're trying to avoid heavy steroid use, I find evening primrose or calendular creams rather good. I don't get in on my hands (yet) but it's most troublesome when around the eyes and stuff...  :(

No modding for you until you feel better ;)
