NOKS is rather tight with their distribution; even in Russia, you can find it only in dedicated brick-and-mortar knife stores and perhaps the better sporting goods stores etc. Check out http://www.knife.ru/index.php?1=1&do=list&treeid=1&producer=%CD%CE%CA%D1 but  I'm not sure they deliver all the way to you - I've bought from their online store but it is in all probability Russia-only.
