Out with the old, in with the new!

Well after a fair it of soul searching, I sold the CZ motorbike today $:-\$

In a way I'm sorry to see it go, as it truly is an end of an era, as it's almost certainly the last motor vehicle I'll ever own. At least as long as I stay fit and healthy anyway

This is purely my out look obviously, but I just couldn't in all good conscience ride anything that was going to pollute mine, and everyone else's child's world $:-\$

But as a nice substitute, between my work and some help from a disability charity (my fecked up foot) I got me one of these today

She handles much better than the last Yuba I had, and has some lovely low down gears to cope with all the mental hill's we've got in my neck of the woods

I've already had 3 kids from my school on the back all at once. And my son loves it too, so it's been a bloody good day so far

Well my school's called Woodland, so they insisted on green

Having said that, it's a candy paint, and it's close to Kawasaki green anyway, so it looks pretty damn good

No I didn't get a basket, which is a shame as it would of given me somewhere to stick my Chihuahua and handbag

I am looking into an electric bike for distance work, but they really are far to expensive at them moment $:-\$

Fortunatly he's only light, so he doesn't affect the steering too much

Well I took my bicycle out of the barn and now that it is cooled off ( 80F) I can hit the roads again. We live out in the sticks with a lot of back roads to ride on.

Green is good .
