Thanks for the link.  I have one like #1, the First Production Run.  But it does not say it on the tool, it has the familiar satin finish instead of polished like #1.  I've had it for years, I believe I bought it shortly after buying a Leatherman PST with the knurled nuts.

That is all it has. No big deal but just kind of wondering what model and year it might be.

That one there is the 5th generation of the original Multi-Plier sir. It has a bigger stronger set of blunt plier jaws than the earlier versions. And it was the last generation before Gerber brought out the Multi-Lock (600-series) with locking blades.
