Oh good GAWD! I've been away for a few YEARS and this is still not finished? And I thought *I* had a PhD in procrastination! In the mean time, I made my own, with some help from Eric Au of Skinth fame. I sent him my used Juice Pro, and had him remove the saw and serrated blade, and reassemble it without the aluminum scale covers. That left the plain blade + tweezers, file, scissors + awl, and corkscrew + assist/opener / foil cutter layers, with a nice shiny "Terminator"-esque skeletonized stainless frame. I'll try to snap a fee pics tomorrow.
How were the tweezers put in?
Quote from: yud on April 10, 2016, 03:08:14 PMHow were the tweezers put in?The Juice Pro was essentially the XE6 with two added implements: a short, curved, serrated "foil cutter" blade by the corkscrew, best damn package opener EVAR; and a small lean inset at the point end of the plain-edge knife layer, that held a pair of tweezers from one of their keychain-size tools. So it wasn't something added, it came with the Juice Pro base.I'll be posting a couple photos in a new thread soon…
