Looking for a new light. HELP
on: May 29, 2010, 04:53:58 AM
Ok, I am looking for a new light (even tho my wife will be asking WHY  ???I need another one).  It needs to be either 2 AA, or 2 CR123, tail clickie, and three levels at around 10, 50, and 100 lumen.  Pretty flexible on the light levels.  And under $50. Not too flexible on the price ::).  And bullet proof as possible.  Any recommendations?

Well...I just got one today, a Fenix LD20...a few bucks over your price, but maybe you could find a nice used one?

The brightness levels match what you want, along with a 205 lumen turbo mode. Nice beam on this one and the clip and body design is a nice improvement over my L2D.

Ok, Ok. I looked at the LD20 before, but tha was before I spent $54 on a Leatherman Serac SS3.  so the price isn't as shocking now.  :o  Maybe I'll just wait until finances agree with the price a bit more.  Thanks guys!
