This guy does a 3 segment video tour of Smoky Mountain Knife Works and in the first one posted here he spends quite a bit of time at the SAK counter.

Oh my, I'm quite glad there's nowhere like that in the UK.  I'd be bankrupt  :ahhh :D
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

That's Great!  That Hammer/Pliers-jaws tool is Crazy!!!

I want to go, but I'd spend most of my time in the relic room.

I could and have spent days there.  Awesome store with just about any brand of knife you could imagine there, new or old and a knife museum to boot.  Kitchen knives, slippies, tacticals, wood carving.  My only regret was that my budget for knives was so small.  :(

They have a website that shows the outside of the store.  Four floors of pure knife lovin' enjoyment.

It's  a place (museum like) that has a little bit of everything old stuff mainly plus many sharp and shinies :D They also have a separate knife museum in another part of the store as well as many displays of knives and other stuff throughout  Plus a lot of stuffed animals and animal heads from around the world :D

Now that's the "Candy Store" for little big boys like us!

Good thing they don't sell T-shirts there saying "I lost it at SMKW!"

I know that feeling, but I am getting to be free of it.

I look each morning in the mirror and tell to myself: "Hey, you can´t have every nice SAK you see!"
I repeat it 100 times. It helps.

You know that 100 repeated lie becames true.  :D

It's actually where they have many fossils, arrowheads, coins, and other ancient items/artifacts.  There are some very primitives knives and other hand made items.

I used to make an annual pilgrimage.  It would take 2-3 hours before we hit the sales floor and we'd spend another couple of hours there.  I have many fond memories and a handful of nifty knives and tools.
