Actually I think it has the long nail file, but he has not found it yet, I can see it in the second pic I'm pretty sure, and the scissor pivot is on the top end so I'm betting it's there. 

Yup not too easy to come buy.  Definetly worth cleaning up and restoring the finish on; or you can send it to me.

Thanks everyone!  I just realized it is missing the toothpick....
Do you think I could just grab one from another 91mm model or did they have different toothpicks back when this one was made?

Try a modern pick gently.  If the slot isn't tall enough don't force it and leave empty rather than messing it up.

Lol, I really am not a SAK person though, even though I have a ton in my inventory.  Hmmm.....Unless I'm reading wiki history wrong, Victoria was named in 1909 and renamed Victorinox in 1921.  However since the tang has both, I'd guess some point in the 70's cause it has no bail?  Am I close?

I'd say '68 to '74 from the tang stamp.   

Anyone else care to try and narrow it down further?
