Can Anyone ID This?

I can buy this set for a good deal, but I can seem to figure out what it is? The SAK looks like a classic, but the multi-tool is a mystery to me. It's definetly not a spirit or a swisstool. I'm wondering if the owner just put a cheap replacement multi into the tin and took the genuine Vic one out.

Can anyone give me an idea?

It's a mini Bear, I've seen the same set for sale here in the UK once. Bear & Sons was at one time owned by Victorinox.

The Bear multitool is a quality tool. If you can buy this for a decent price it would make a great gift for someone.

Thanks everybody! Thats exactly what I wanted to know. That Bear tool is a little too small for my needs, so I think I'll leave this one be.
