Thats a very good documentary you found there dunc. I love the little excercise breaks they get and that they say they all feel like one big family there :)

You need Real Player installed to play it. Don't download Real media Player as it comes full of crap and advertisements and often nags you. Download "Real Alternative" from here - http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Real_Alternative.htm

Its free and you don't get the crap that comes along with the offical one.
