Maybe this is the right corner of this board.

I do have an old , straight ribbed Cadet (2?).
I do not use it. I always find it too rare to be a user. It´s flaw is that it had the blade replaced some years ago.
Would it be of any collectors value nonetheless or did the repair spoil it anyways and iccan bugger it recklessly?

If not, hw do I put a pricpoint to it?
Yes, I know you greedy lot want pics. I´ll do some tonight.

No experience, but it looks like the repair was done well.  I'd use it enough to enjoy it and worry about the value later.

The Recruit is a great SAK, and very cheap compared to the rest of the 84mm's

I'm not really that partial to the Alox 84mm's... They feel just too thin and uncomfortable to me. I only have a Cadet, it's great for a "dress up situation" if you want an elegant and discreet SAK, but not for EDC. I'm quite partial to the cellidor 2 layer 84mm's  :climber:

I just ordered another Small Tinker....  :facepalm: Saw an online store with some still in stock and with a good discount and couldn't help it....
I mean.... it's discontinued, so i must have just one more backup just in case.... right?    :whistle:

I have a couple of cadets that I carry as  "gentleman's" knives on occasion, but I really don't like the feel in use at all.  I'd much rather carry a Sportsman or Tourist.  "Gentleman's" knife duty is usually granted to traditional pocket knives in my case.

Very sensible imo, I did the same thing :D :whistle:

Amazon have relisted the Walker, although wait time is 5-6 weeks so may be an error, and am deciding if I need a 4th just in case :rofl:
