Seems my StyleCS came with a bit holder.
Ok so it isn't an exact fit but it does work pretty well. The carabiner spring only keeps a bit in place when there's no torque put on it. In use the bit wedges neatly inside the frame as the size difference is only about 2 layers of playing card stock.

Pretty cool :tu: Do you think that is will flex enough to warp the frame if used more than a few times

I imagine it would warp the frame of the tool after a few uses or a tight screw. I was thinking that one of the chicago screws from my kydex supplies put through that large hole should take the stress off the rivet and prevent that.
It seems like a good idea, but so do a lot of really stupid things. Won't learn if don't try.

I just ordered a new Style PS today for use during airline travel. Has anyone in this group had their Style PS confiscated at an airport in the U.S. or Western Europe? Thanks

I haven’t tried, but I do see them on eBay, stating TSA confiscated.

Purchased a Style CS on letgo (the second hand sales app) yesterday for a very good price (almost half of the actual price!) and gave it to my girl friend as a gift.
The thing is impressive! Small, snaps like a Vic, very light weight and even is visually satisfying for a small tool like that (this may not be a criterium for most).

The only thing that made me think is that the carabiner's spring is kind of soft. I had connected it to her key chain and it got loose and fell down as I was unlocking the door (luckily for me she didn't see that  :)

I never had the chance to even hold a Micra in my hands though, so I cannot compare.

My Style CS doesn't have the 2 holes in it's blade. Did Leatherman changed the design in some point?  I liked this look more!

Thanks :salute: I guess they just started using the same blade that they use in the Micra to save on production costs

That’s a possibility -a sad possibility. I like the old version more. But the style is a cool tool anyway.

I must be getting slow or forgetful but I just "discovered" that a 58mm toothpick is a perfect fit in the Style CS/PS tweezer slot.

Just slow

Glad you figured it out though ;) I have more use for the toothpick than the tweezers :D

Yeah, I'm the same.  Can't think of the last time I needed tweezers but I definitely use a toothpick a lot.

I can't wait for this whole thing to be over so I can warranty my Style PS, from use the bit of metal that the scissors fold up into just... came off. So now the scissors won't stay folded closed basically making it uncarriable without a rubber band or other such nonsense!

I have both the PS and the CS. I'm a bit worried about the scissors on the PS so I don't use them often.
I wish they offered a PK version, pliers and blade. It would pair nicely with Victorinox Pioneer X and Farmer X.
I  modded the tip of the pliers to give them more reach, when I try to remove a broken key from a lock. I used a dremel 3000. You can see them next to Victorinox mini pliers.

Sooo, I noticed the price for Style CS has dropped to sub-$20 in places and they're seemingly all out of stock... is this the end for CS? I want a new one at a sub $30 price if I can.

Haven't been in this thread for awhile. From his pic I am thinking that looks more like a Squirt blade?

Yeah, probably a Squirt blade, I do need to look at my newest  Micra and see how different they are :salute:

They are a bit different, the tang is different, the notches are different in the place that they "lock" into place and the blade shape is just a bit different as well :salute:
