I recently sold my PT-540 to a friend and I decided to another because I felt the need to have one in my collection! I bought the PT-525.. I wanted to see if there are different variations or anything..

The PT-525 sheath is just like the one your PT-540 came with, but a little smaller. Same loop of leather underneath to hold the bit adapter too.
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools

Did you buy another PT-540 too?  Why did you get rid of the first PT-540 so fast?  What was the big turn-off?

Well, considering I am a cop rather than a electrician or something it was useless. I decided to get the PT-510 instead just to have one in my collection!
