What SAK is this?

I don't know what this SAK is, and how old and what scales?
Maybe it needs only some buffing.

A Climber Small with horn scales..? I like it :) It went for a pretty nice price!

Tanks Reinier, I found it now at SAKwiki.
It's original 84mm with horn scales and named "vice-president".
Nice price for sure. :D
