Giving myself a big thumbs down :(. Was gonna bid on an item on eBay for a friend and lost out at the last minute. Boy somedays I suck :(

bidding creates that , and the bad thing is  when i  know 'later' that the seller relisted the item when a 0' feedbacked buyer shot down my best bid...and tried to offer a 2nd chance.
