The XL100 includes the Advanced Flashlight User Interface™, a rear push-button tail cap switch that rotates through five selectable modes (Normal, Strobe, Nite Lite, Signal, and SOS), variable power levels, and variable strobe rates. This innovative switch also features intensity level memory recall and a lockout to prevent accidental operation. Like all MagLites, this easy-to-carry flashlight gives you a powerful projecting beam that focuses from spot to flood by simply rotating the head. MAG-LED Balanced Optics™ combine a highly refined reflector with the enhanced LED to deliver a brilliant adjustable beam, while beam power and battery usage are balanced by Intelligent Energy Source Management for maximum performance and battery life.
