I used the Squirt to jiggle wiggle the old leaf spring from the Vic Scissor, same from the donor, than i used it to bend it in shape untill i needed the big gungs from the X

The Wave helped to open the package for the ratchet driver.

Happy for you Juan!

I had modified a 1/4" Driver to fit my Skele but a ratcheting one would be fantastic! I can’t wait
to get my own ratchet driver too! It looks like they’ve got it sized right and hoping it’s up to
Leatherman’s quality standards.

With the onset of the Covid, There has been a huge increase in RV and E-Bike sales in the states
mainly because folks could no longer vacation by airplane, train or enjoy ocean cruises. I retired at
that onset and came out an E-Bike riding senior citizen!
My E-bike has kept me from going stir crazy and very busy customizing it as well as my Skeletool
which was also a gift from my daughter. If you ever get a chance to ride one, I think you’ll agree it’ll
make you feel young again...

Used my P4 Squirt to fix the toilet paper dispenser. One side fell off as the set screw was loose. Placed back on and tightened the screw. Awkward angle and a bit too short but made it work. That’s the one thing I like about the LMs without the removable bits. You just pull out the bit you need rather hunting down the right size and installing it in the bit driver.

Nice uses all!

Old helping new. I had slightly dinged the P4's main blade due to a longer than I thought metal insert in a plastic bushing I needed to trim in length. PSTII diamond file to the rescue to touch it up again. The P4's blade dings easily - hollow grind? It's straighter now :D

Today, Skele helped machine a more robust standoff for Eric’s Tip-Up Clip and
Smooth Stammer Hammer HEX. A bit more solid mounting.

Opened up my friend's notebook in order to remove the harddrive!

Today the Surge assisted with maintenance on a detector unit which, as you can see, needed calibrating.

It now works again  :tu: If only it was that easy to get myself calibrated  ::)

 Great use Surge!

I've read those units can detect the tiniest of microscopic traces samples.

:hatsoff: 5s

They can indeed detect the merest hint of whatever they're set up to detect (drugs in this case)

Essentially, there should be no actual hard stuff (granules) on the swab.

All you need to do is wipe it lightly over the packaging (assuming it's packaged  )

If it's positive then it's an interview without biscuits  :pok:

Are you sure you don't? Those look deliciously fancy!

Used my Squirt P4 today to:

File mushroomed handle slab that was impeding blade movement on an aluminum-handle penknife.

Used the pliers to yank out a melted mess of weedeater string.

Used the file again to fix a broken fingernail.

Used the Leatherman P4 slotted screwdriver blade to replace a smoke detector in the basement ceiling.

It’s been a while for me to use my trusty Wave. Cut a dull Dremel saw blade to make a broken key extractor out of it for later use

The Squirt disabled a charging cable, after Mrs Surge killed it, to prevent continued use/fires etc  ::)
