There were no brass liners with middle brass pin (but steel) and neither with the new style alox scales with the shield. This one has both and to me it looks like a recent/current production red Pioneer. Not a brass lined vintage Pioneer, IMO. Jamie may want to confirm  :salute:

Some nickel silver pins look that way. I believe it is nickel. Light caught it wrong IMO

Correct, just looked and all pins and liners are silver in color.  :salute:

Oh for cripes sake, I can't believe this is still up at $45. Would somebody please pull the trigger on this before I do? Even Felinevet is asking $4 more than this and how often does someone beat him on a NIB price?
