Extra bits for Swisschamp XLT

I was perplexed. I'm going to get the Bit Extender (pic) and this is the Bit Adaptor. Sorry for my questions salvo due to misunderstanding.

If you still want to use small bits, i did a vert simple mod, i got a cheap precision s/driver, cut iy open and there is a small magnet in it! remove it ant apply a very small amount of s/glue, then insert it in the xvt bit driver let it dry and you can use ANY precision s/driver bits

I found a magnet that fits perfectly into the Cybertool holder. Already tested and the victorinox bits click in place easily (it isn't very fat that is). The magnet's affinity for the bits is greater than that for the Cybertool, so everytime it comes out. What glue should I use for metal to metal? We have Logo glue here. It is somewhat difficult because the magnet is pulled sideways by the Cybertool's tube. A long and thin tweezer might be needed.

The glue I had (for general use, it says that it is good for metal) wasn't sufficient. Please, make suggestion.

Surprisingly, I tried Pritt Multifix (a kind of Blue Tack) and the magnet stays in place whatever the bit and whatever the applied force. The Victorinox Bits click in place with their spring loaded balls and the 4mm hex bits of my kit are held with a positive "tack" noise. In the pic the bit is upside down.
The magnet comes from a magnetic earring my daughter was wearing a decade ago and she lost it, apparently in the car, where I found it stuck on a metal surface and put it in a small compartment until recently. Cost: nothing!

Looks perfect!  Ive thought about putting a magnet in there for ages so use the regular non Vic bits.  Good to know it works out!

Well done since i did mine i've never used the standard vic bits on 3rd party ones, gives you a lot more scope

The best thing with  that solution is that I avoided the  mess with the glue and the magnet is removable with a pair of needle nose tweezers (included in the bit kit). Although I  don't see a reason to remove it, since the original bits fit perfectly. With that, the XAVT additional screws, the 30 pc screedriver set (sic, look at the pic on page 2) and the Leatherman bit kit all possible screws (but some very wide ones I very rarely encounter)  are covered and I put the adapter I improvised aside.

The XLT case is the default, you can see it  here, just over it. I don't have an XAVT if that's  what you are talking about, just 3 XAVT double ended screwdriver bits.

The little adaptor I made is now used with the Swisstool Spirit S. It fits the Philips screwdriver perfectly and remains interchangeable with the Swisschamp's Philips driver. Much easier to use with the Spirit.
This is a nice solution until I get the Swisstool Plus bitcase and ratchet (if I ever do). Both tool and bitcase fit in the Olive Drab case, with room to spare.

I guess the Leatherman adapter fits the small straight driver on the Spirit. Is that so?
