Used the parcel hook on my Compact to carry some books to be sent to the local library!!
That's the main use for it, even though many people never used it as such.

Nice knife and a great shot..

I was quite tempted to get a CheeseMaster for myself, however the money earmarked for knife-buying was spent on a Chef Knife..  :(

:like: And I could have used a hook in fairly recent memory. That gave me another crazy idea for a mod.

I used the can opener on my Tinker to open a can of tuna to mix with rice and veggies for lunch.
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

Used the blade on my Compact to cut two slits in three pages of very important ArtWork created by my kids..

then for the lack of a paperclip, we put the toothpick through the two slits to hold the pages together.. et viola..

Sawing brush again today.  I did take along (a rather dull) pole cutter.  I like it because I can reach up about 12 feet.  Got my clothes soaked from the wet foliage.  Ended up with a nice little pile of stuff.  Best wishes.  G

Learned this from a YT video.. so practicing this way of lifting my Titanium Mug using the can opener on my Vic Pioneer.
Just preparing for the weekend camp with the guys where I will be using this mug for my coffee and this method should help lift a hot mug off the fire without burning the fingers.. 🤞

Spirit and Rambler joined forces today and helped me to repair the toothbrush. The spirit's thin screwdriver was used to pry open the housing and the Rambler had to come in with its handy small Philips driver.

The combo tool is my favorite 58mm feature. I won't have a 58mm without one anymore. :tu:

My EDC knife with a friend.  I was running a weed wacker, so he didn't get bothered.  Would have been a different matter with the Cub.  So far I have been able to dodge the reptiles, but you never know.  Best wishes.  G

Finally got a photo downloaded after a dozen failed tries.  My usual EDC saved the day.  I used the awl to pry a bent quarter out of a coin slot at the laundromat.  Small thing, but typical everyday use.  Best wishes.  G

The obvious question: how does one bend a quarter?
