Today my SIL an I were doing some wiring repairs to the garage. We sawed a piece of plastic conduit and used my Ruby Red Tinker to smooth out the edges of the cut. tom.  8)

I'm not too sure really, depends on a few things. Making liners, pin stock and learning as I go.

Use a very fine blade for the liners.  I made a bunch from 0.4mm brass sheet with snips then finished them on my belt sander and by hand but that was a real faff and they were very fiddly.  I had better luck when I roughed them out of 0.8mm sheet with a 59 TPI blade then went on to the sander.

I do the same thing because I tie them so tight and cannot get them untied so end up cutting them.
