I used the toothpick, the tweezers to remove a tiny metal splinter, and the scissors to trim some whiskers.

Shopping, you know when you tie all the plastic bag shut so everything doesn't go everywhere? Well Im lazy and didn't feel like dealing with the knots so I just cut them :D JR

I do the same thing because I tie them so tight and cannot get them untied so end up cutting them.

You guys could use some carabiners on them handles...

Ooh, what are you going to do with the bits?

I'm not too sure really, depends on a few things. Making liners, pin stock and learning as I go.

Use a very fine blade for the liners.  I made a bunch from 0.4mm brass sheet with snips then finished them on my belt sander and by hand but that was a real faff and they were very fiddly.  I had better luck when I roughed them out of 0.8mm sheet with a 59 TPI blade then went on to the sander.

Thanks for the info mate.  :salute:

Watermelon Hunting seems rather easy to me.

I mean they pretty big and they just lay in one spot. I think I would go with some kinda of semi auto in case they try and rush me. Better safe then sorry.

I have one of those like six inch padded carabiners which works great, but we go shopping with others and by putting a knot on the bags we easly know which ones are ours rather then looking through each bag to sort everything out. JR

I have seen those padded carabiners. Thought of getting one, but then i forget my shopping bags home or car.  So maybe s-biners would work better for me.

You know what else would work, know those dog collars the chokers which is just a rope with the two rings at the ends? That would work!  Just loop it threw the bags handles and either pull the rope or paracord threw the one of the rings or just hook both rings? And when not in use just hook both rings on the keychain?  hmm this sounds kinda interesting! JR

Yup, a simple piece of paracord with a loop knot at each end and only a total of 6" long would work. I think I might make something.. JR

I don't think those would be confortable... I'm keeping with the (stand-alone) hook.

Those are about 2 cm wide. Better than that plastic bag alone. Maybe different wave and little bit thought for it make good design...

They'll still push your fingers toghether. With the hook, you just get the downward pull and you can hold your fingers apart.

That is true. Hook will be more comfortable than flexible lanyard. But then lanyard might be more versatile and easier to carry and store.
