The Soldier's large screwdriver/cap lifter makes a great mini pry bar doesn't it?

I've been using the metal file/saw of my Astronaut to cut down some 2.2mm brass rod.

Spent some quality time scraping concrete dribbles off the slat boards at work with the combo tool on my Silvertech DofE
There is no beginning,or ending, and for this we are thankful, cos now is hard enough to understand!

Well, I've been lazy and haven't posted in this thread in a while, so here are some of the more interesting things I've used my SAKs for lately (not all today):
- did a pretty good imitation of a church key opener on a can of tomato juice with the can opener on my Climber
- used the Climber's main blade to help my kids open the ridiculous number of presents they got for their birthdays
- used the Climber's corkscrew to loosen and ultimately untie a very tight knot my son put in his cape
- used the large flat screw driver and back side Phillips driver on my work Centurion to access and test a number of fire alarms
- used the can opener on my alox Soldier to open a particularly stubborn pistachio

Today my GF used her cheapo got-it-as-a-business-present-to-x-mas multitool to pry open a geocache we found together. And in the evening she borrowed my Climber to open a jar of Cornichons.

I now feel more like a multitool manager than a multitool user   :ahhh

Or am I replaced by a tool ???

Cracked a few 60 minutes from Dogfishhead, great stuff!  Also grooming and opening packages.

Cheers.

I took a trip over the weekend to a friends cabin or single digit temps snowshoeing and used my hiker for the following.

1. to dine on swine.
2. to cut my thumb.
3. to cut the same thumb again while cleaning it LOL
4. to open chips
5. to tighten wiper arm on friends car.
6. to chip the ice away from the bottom of the door so we could leave to head home. (rustic cabin)

I used it to cut the plastic off the outside of my chocolate milk outside of a gas station- of course the cap had an anti-tamper ring on it and there was a pull seal under the cap. *shakes my head* That's just sad.

And I got a glare of death by some lady who's minivan had out of state plates. To which I could only think "really, lady?"

Don't worry,it's kind of a running joke with our Canadian members at the moment. They get a bit possessive of people say 'eh',eh?

The tooth pick has been seeing lots of use recently... The shop I get lunch from sometimes has stopped supplying toothpicks with Thier tubs of olives
