Re the earlier question: it's a TTI. Purchased for me by a member of the US part of the family. These tools are very expensive in the UK.Is that folded sheet of paper the manual? Even now I see no mention of the unlocking symbol procedure?

Multitool people DON'T read manuals OR instructions !!! it's breaks code 214.7 part A of our rule book ! (which BTW nobody has read )
