I've used Eneloops for 2 years in my LD-10 with good success. Can anyone give me advice on them in my AAA Maratac? I really like this torch and carry it everyday, I don't want to screw it up by using the wrong battery.
They will be perfectly fine. Pretty well any light designed to run on 1.5V alkalines will work well on eneloops (and as a bonus you won't have to worry about a leaking alkaline ruining your light).
The only warning I have for using eneloops is for multi-cell lights, where you want to use matched cells as a set (so one cell doesn't discharge completely while the other ones still have charge, this could reverse charge the discharged cell and damage it).
