Kobalt Multi

There a thread running to inquire into decent multis for under 20 bucks.

One that immediately occured to me is the Lowes Kobalt model.  IIRC, the Kobalt multi used to be priced at only 15 bucks and I often saw it on sale for even less.

I do remember reading a quite favorable review of the Kobalt multi here on MTO that included some pictures, which I wanted to point out to the OP in that thread.

Now I can't seem to find the Kobalt multi over in the Reviews forum.

Anybody remember who wrote that review or know where it can be found?

Thanks Benner!  I knew it was probably somewhere in Reviews.

Maybe that mini-review deserves its own little thread with an appropriate title in the Reviews section?  That way people could find it more easily.

ring zero, I will have to look around for one. I saw one that came with a knife but it was 20 bucks and I don't think I want to spend that much. thanks for the info.

If you hadn't noticed already I kinda like the Kobalt Tool. For an inexpensive tool anyway. Heres something I did awhile ago.

I love the look of it aswell, Id grab one if they were on Ebay or available over here, the silver and blue combined with the logo really remind me of Battlestar Gallactica, and wasnt Kobalt or Kobal one of the places the fleet is searching for or else one of the colonies the Cylons destroyed?[/nerd]
