$99?  I'd rather get a Leatherman and have money left over...

If they priced it at $30 and placed it next to the $70 Leatherman tools, they'd probably sell quite a few.

Those Kutmaster tools are interesting from a collector's standpoint, but no way are they worth $99.......or even half that amount for that matter.  :-\
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools

Jsews have you handled their china made and us made tools? I actually like that cat. the impliments are decent and the plier opens much wider than a gerber or leatherman. It is wel biult I thought. now the china made version may be another story... I have seen several but passed on them. I have one blunt nose and two needle nose USA versions.

Yes scrappy I have handled both. The USA-made ones are built strong and solid. There really is nothing wrong with the Kutmasters, its just that newer tools from other manufacturers have outclassed them. The Chinese made versions are not total garbage, but they certainly are a step down. :(

J-sews
you are right they are way outclassed. I don't carry them my self as they are a much slower tool to use with less implements but they seem well built.
