Please do not take the following review seriously. This is strictly for fun. Just pretend it's not even me writing it. In the spirit of 'Cheap and Cheerful' (and possibly 'Lynn's losing her marbles'), I present...

this might be my favorite review submitted so far...

Great write up Lynn  :D :D :D

You'll be HORRIFIED to hear, I actually have a Tool Logic version stowed away in the coin pocket of my wallet at the moment - and it's been far more useful than physics dictates it should be :D

You need to check the Review Format and have another look at your review before it can be entered. I think it's a sticky.

I'd hate for anyone to miss out on a cool prize on a technicality!  :D

I will have to pass on this one (this time). I thought about doing a review on a kershaw but never found the time for it.  :D

All the best to all that submitted reviews; they were all well thought out and interesting so I am sure it will be very hard to choose just one winner.

You still have a little time dks, I was just going to say that I am planning to close this at 10pm my time.  That gives everyone 5 hours (from the time of this post) to get their submissions in. :pok:

OK folks this one is now closed.  Thank you so much for the reviews and the obvious effort that has gone into producing them. :salute:  The other mods and I now have the unenviable task of trying to pick our winner, not an easy job given the high standard you lot have set.  I will announce the winner as soon as we have stopped arguing. ;)

I have a feeling that if I carried this thing, I'd grudgingly come to love it.

Zoidberg, it looks like your keychain size MT collection is very similar to mine, although my 'generic' tool is from Sheffield. Those things are excellent, for the price. :tu:

Agreed, the price is right. Wish I had found the spring though. The plier head almost works with the CrossCut, just doesn't open wide enough to let the handles close.

Mate has a Sheffield one, the handles are a bit more shaped/cutout. Same guy borrowed my Tool Logic version of your $2 review thingy, it is still on his keyring! He took my carabiner/light/bottle opener too!

15 new reviews in a few days. We should do this again. Once more for SAKs and another for blades.

OK folks, the votes are in.  Let me first say just how impressed all the staff were by the number of quality reviews, you certainly made our lives hard.  We did however manage to come to a consensus and find a winner; that is jzmtl's excellent review of the Rebar.  Congratulations mate you've won a Leatherman OHT. :tu:

But wait, there is more. ;)  We have also decided to give out a second place prize, a LED Lenser F1, this time going to 50ft-Trad's review of the Gerber Grappler.

Well done chaps, you'll have a PM from me shortly.  Again, well done to everyone who took part, we'll be seeing a good few new reviews added to the main site at some point in the near future. :salute:
