  • I may get older but I refuse to grow up.
Our friends over at Columbia River Knife and Tool also gave us a K.E.R.T. and we still have a few SOG Microns supplied by SOG Knives so I thought those might be nice additions to someones keychain. :D

You can visit their sites at www.crkt.com and www.sogknives.com

So here are the prizes. :D

What do you have to do to enter? Easy. It's already in the title. :D Tell us who would you like to rescue. ;) Would it be a supermodel , a famous actor, sport star, a Nobel prize winner, ... ? Tell us who and why. Make it fun. ;)

No long lists this time. I'm kind of tired of them. ::) Just get your entry in and I'll make a list at the end with all the entries and let random.org decide.

The giveaway will be open till the 25th of July, 20h CET.

Good luck to everyone.

Can i just clarify, what do you mean by 'rescue'? That if a certain someone was in trouble, and you had the opportunity to rescue them?

I would like to rescue Macguyver from an impossible situation using a Leatherman, maybe a Wave. Oh, and I would probably use a foil gum wrapper and some unproven science too.

Anytime I could help that would be amazing,  but I think it would be amazing to use a Leatherman to rescue Tim Leatherman

I'd like to rescue the band Blues Traveler from plummeting over a mountainside after their tour bus skidded out of control, so that I could then hang out with them, listen to them do a jam session, and get free concert tickets for life and have them sign all my CDs.

Don't hate me for my weird wants.

I know there are plenty of haters... but I'd love to rescue Bear Grylls.  Mostly so that we could go and have a couple pints together after the rescue -- I think it would be a blast to sit and talk with him while enjoying a few beers.  :)

and many thanks (once again!) to enki_ck for his tireless work in keeping all these giveaways organized!

maybe someone should volunteer to rescue enki_ck...  :D

 :P

Looking back, I have no idea why I asked that question. Brain must have switched off.

Anyway, I would like to rescue Muhammed Ali, maybe he is getting mugged, and I jump in and beat the muggers to a pulp with my bare hands.

Hmmm.... OK, I got one. I would rescue Will Smith from that car he was in under water in iRobot so that way the other robot could rescue the girl!

See the outcome is the girl is rescued where previously she died in the movie.
Does that count?

Solving problems you didn't know you had in the most obscure way possible

"And now, it's time to hand this over to our tame race axe driver. Some say, he can live in the forest for six months at a time without food, and he knows of a secret tribe of only women where he is their God. All we know is, he's call the Styx!" - TazzieRob
