Ok, I give up...what is it?

I was looking through my SAKs this morning and found this in with a bunch of Explorers I bought.

I thought that in knives or this era, only the Champion, the Explorer and the Scientist had both a magnifier and an inline Phillips.

So after looking around on SAKwiki, I'm still stumped.

What is it?

It's like an Explorer with no scissors.

I have no idea what it's worth, guess it's as valuable as the others in that bag...the Grandkids will have to figure it all out someday.

To me, valuable is a red, minty, old cross farmer! :tu:
