I am looking for a Swisschamp XAVT.

I live in the netherlands and iam looking for a seller in the surrounding country's. (belgium, germany and netherlands)

Do you have one and are willing to sell it.
Send me a message and maybe we can arrange something.

The XAVT is the model with 80 tools and a digital clock/barometer.

How much are you willing to spend? And, where are you. I know a shop here in Gouda that has one for sale, not sure for how much, but I could go and have a look for you if I can find the time ;)

Also, this store seems to have one (never heard of them before, can't vouch for them) that seems to have a decent price... Also, knivesandtools.nl has one for almost €400... http://www.lacouronneducomte.nl/webstore/main/victorinox-swisschamp-16795xavt-zakmes-p-4952.html?language=nl&gclid=CjkKEQjwnqucBRDZvf_rk-fEj7wBEiQA8HDLEos3uCOmt_A7CFBkedX-hLRsTdWYzfe_ssV1YsPh6p7w_wcB

How much should one pay for a new in box, mint condition, second hand?

Iam looking for a used one.
Not mint condition in box.

Some times you can pick up really great tools at pawn shops.
But i don't think you will see an XAVT in a pawnshop.
2nd hand they are still way above my budget.
I am looking for one for 100
euros.

I know its low but thats the price i want to pay.
I think the reason that its costs 400 new is because it is so special.
But i am 17 so thats a hell of a lot money for me.

For me they arent worth that much.

Parts and labour for the tool are maybe 80 euros or so.

Hmmm, for €100, you're going to have a hard time finding one... I don't think anyone really uses these, (besides Kkokkolis maybe :P), so finding one used at all is going to be difficult..

Sent from... Where am I, anyway?

i already expected that answer.
No one is EDC ing these things so i i will have a hard time finding a used one.
Even than they will probably ask more than 100 euro.

I think we can close this thread.

Dreaming about one is a lot cheaper :)

I don't EDC my XAVT, although it fits my Skinth. XLT is a perfect EDC north of Swisschamp/Cybertool 41, with all useful tools combined and I suggest that to anditsgone.

Don't loose hope!!
I picked up a XAVT mint and boxed off Gumtree about 2yrs ago for £60!! I actually emailed the seller to tell him it was worth far far more and I was interested in buying it - the seller admired my honesty and sold it for £60 including new batteries and postage!!!

The moral of the story is, you never know what's around the corner.

Be patient.
I don't claim to know it all, but what I do know is right.

I agree - you never know what you might find. In a similar experience to that above I picked up an XAVT and an XLT for £110 posted. Neither boxed but both unused and absolutely mint.....
