Different kind of Stanley Watch Tool.
on: July 23, 2007, 03:44:14 AM
Well, I ran into these while I was searching for pictures to help me on Def's picture contest. I'm not sure if they qualify as a multitool, but they might.  ;) Here's a Hex Wrench as a teaser, check out the rest. There's a flashlight, screwdriver, ruler, tape measure, and a vise. Yeah, thats right. A Vise.  :D

Sweet!  Kinda silly that you have to wear a different watch for each tool.  You'll like you belong in a NY subway just trying to be prepared.

Well, I figure three on each wrist shouldn't make you stand out too much.

I wonder why they have a tape measure and a ruler. You can use a ruler as a straight edge, but not that telescopic one.

That one is pretty ridiculous.

Usually I like ridiculous gadgets, mostly for the "wow" factor and the conversation value. These watches push the ridiculous envelope out to a whole new level.  :P

The watch looks to uncomfortable to wear. It will be poking and catching on anything and everyting. Other than that it looks absolutely like the most rediculous thign ever made. ::)

The tape measure one would come in handy for small quick-n-dirty measurements. I wonder how long it is? It would have came in handy this weekend while I was fishing....

It looks like it would also come in handy for measuring your fingers!

I really don't get the idea of the ruler, since the tape measure seems to do a better job anyway. It sure looks nicer. Unless you're trying to atract attention...

I just wonder whose idea it was to put a vice on a wrissmurfch...
I wonder how long you'd have to wear this thing, and how many comments you would get about it, before you actually got to use it?

The flashlight could have been a good idea, but it looks a tad on the gigantic side for me.  :o

I'm thinking this picture is a teaser shot. Along with the vise model, they are also showing us a partial pic of next year's wrissmurfch/hacksaw combo.   ;)
